Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Vogo.family websites, apps, and APIs (“Services”). By using the Services you accept these Terms.
1. Who we are
2. Services and marketplace role
Vogo provides a digital commerce platform connecting shoppers with independent vendors and transporters. For products sold by third-party vendors, the vendor is the seller of record. Vogo is not a party to the sale unless explicitly stated as “Sold by Vogo”. Transport and delivery services may be provided by independent transporters.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16, or older where local law requires, to create an account.
- Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may verify identity or contact details and may refuse or terminate accounts for risk, legal, or security reasons.
4. Orders, pricing, availability
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when the seller confirms and we or the vendor dispatch the goods or confirm service provision.
- Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may include or exclude VAT/sales tax depending on region. Delivery fees and service charges are shown at checkout.
- We may cancel and refund orders affected by obvious errors, fraud signals, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions.
5. Payments and billing
- Payments are processed by licensed payment processors. We do not store raw card numbers. Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) may apply.
- By submitting a payment method you authorize the processor to charge the total and applicable adjustments (refunds, holds, reversals per card network rules).
- Subscriptions: if you subscribe to a recurring service, billing recurs at the stated interval until you cancel in-app or via support. You can cancel any time before the next renewal.
6. Delivery, risk, and title
- Estimated delivery windows are informational. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address or pickup point you specify.
- Title for goods sold by vendors passes from the vendor to you according to applicable law and vendor terms.
7. Returns, withdrawals, and refunds
- EU consumers: For most distance contracts you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, except for excluded items (e.g., perishable goods, sealed items unsealed after delivery, customized goods, digital content supplied with your prior express consent to immediate performance).
- To exercise, contact support or the vendor within the period, return items as instructed, and keep proof of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when eligible.
- Vendors may provide additional return policies consistent with applicable law.

8. Vendor and transporter rules (summary)
- Vendors must provide accurate listings, prices, taxes, and comply with consumer, product safety, and labeling laws.
- Transporters are independent contractors responsible for safe and lawful delivery and required licenses and insurance.
- We may hold or release payouts for fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal requirements.
9. User content and acceptable use
- You are responsible for content you upload or transmit. Do not post illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful material.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized access, or interference with the Services.
10. Intellectual property
- The Services, software, logos, and content are owned by Vogo or licensors and protected by IP laws.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services as provided and in accordance with these Terms.
- Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
11. Privacy and cookies
Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Manage cookies in Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings. US privacy choices: Do Not Sell, Do Not Share, Limit Sensitive PI.
12. Third-party services
Third-party tools and links have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
14. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
- For paid services provided directly by Vogo, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Vogo in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless caused by willful misconduct or where law prohibits such limitation.
- Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vogo from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, fraud, non-payment, or to protect users. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion as allowed by law.
17. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email and take effect on the stated date. Continued use means acceptance.
18. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
- Disputes: contact support first. If unresolved within 30 days, you may pursue remedies in competent courts. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
