Acest orez bio aromatic cu granulatie rotunda este ideal pentru risotto. Se foloseste si pentru paella, salate de orez sau specialitati cremoase, de orez dulce.
Mod de prepararepentru 4 persoane:
se prajeste o ceapa maruntita in ulei de masline, se adauga 250g orez si se lasa putin la abur. Apoi se adauga aproximativ 1l apa si se fierbein jur de 25-30 minute
