The value of the ordered products and services can be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery to the address specified by you.
Bank transfer:
Payment can be made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice. The delivery of the products will be made after confirmation of the entry of the amount (the total value of the invoice) into our account.

We accept payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard/Maestro) through the 3D Secure system offered by the ePayment service. This system ensures the same level of security for online transactions as those made at an ATM or in the physical environment. 3D Secure ensures that the information related to your card is not transferred or stored at any time on the ElectroFun or ePayment servers, but is entered directly into the Visa and MasterCard systems. 3D Secure is also a system for authenticating the identity of cardholders in the online environment. The authentication process is based on the security code known only to the holder and is carried out on Visa or MasterCard servers, as the case may be. The 3D Secure system allows online purchases to be made with any card issued under the Visa or MasterCard license, including Maestro and Visa Electron debit and electronic cards. Virtual cards issued by these organizations are also accepted.
Please be aware that paying by card for orders placed does not guarantee the reservation of product stock. Stocks may vary depending on the supplier and the volume of orders received. Due to system limitations, stock updates are not performed in real time, and there is some delay in updating product availability.

If some products are not available at the time of order processing, we will contact you to find the best solution. This may consist of recommending similar products or returning the difference in amount, depending on the case.
Firm confirmation of the order and the quantity of products ordered is made at the time of issuing the invoice and shipping advice to the customer. In the event that there are differences in payment, you will be contacted and informed, giving you the option of choosing between a refund or replacement of the products.
