PACKAGES, PROMOTIONS, CAMPAIGNS REGULATIONS

 

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL REGULATIONS

 

The organizer of the promotions is :

 

BVG E-COMMERCE SRL, a company headquartered in Str. Florilor , No. 1, Camera 1, Block 2, Ap. 10, Brasov, Brasov, Brasov locality registered with the Trade Register attached to the Brasov Court , under no. J8/226/2022 with unique registration code : 45532270 represented by Ionut Daniel Ene as Administrator , acting as administrator , hereinafter referred to as Organizer . Customers who purchase products and / or services included in the Promotions / Packages provided for in these Regulations are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of these Regulations , according to those mentioned below .

 

SECTION 2. AREA FOR BIOVEG PROMOTIONS AND PACKAGES

The promotions take place in the online store www.bioveg.ro open on the territory of Romania , except for promotions / packages for which it is otherwise mentioned in the present regulation .

 

SECTION 3. DURATION OF PROMOTIONS

The duration of promotions / packages is as per Section 4 .

 

SECTION 4. CONTENT OF BIOVEG PROMOTIONS

 

 4.1. CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS

4.1.1 CAMPAIGN UP TO 35% DISCOUNT ON SELECTED PRODUCTS

Offer valid from 10.11.2023 - until 31.12.2023, while stocks last .

The discount of up to -35% is granted on products that can be found in the " Promotional Annex up to 35% discount . Valid 10.11.-31.12.2023".

All products in this promotion are individually marked . The promotion cannot be combined with other offers / packages / campaigns available in the online store .
 

4.1.2. Black Friday 2023 CAMPAIGN – UP TO -35% DISCOUNT ON SELECTED PRODUCTS

Offer valid from 10.11.- 30.11.2023, while stocks last .

The discount of up to -35% is granted on products that can be found in the " Promotional Annex up to 35% discount . Valid  10.11.-30.11.2023".

All products in this promotion are individually marked . The promotion cannot be combined with other offers / packages / campaigns available in the online store .
 

4.1.3. Discount5 CAMPAIGN - to encourage order completion for orders with a value over 450 lei. 
Offer valid during 04.05.-31.12.2023, for all orders exceeding 450 lei. 
The discount of up to -5% is granted only for orders that total over 450 lei, without shipping costs or other taxes. Valid 04.05.-31.12.2023".
The list of participating products are all products with stock available on www.bioveg.ro
 The promotion cannot be combined with other offers / packages / campaigns available in the online store.

4.1.3. GIFT product CAMPAIGN for orders over 300 lei Instant Tomato Soup, limited to 55 pieces.
Offer valid during 04.05.-31.08.2023 or for a total of 55 orders with a value over 300 lei. 
The gift is only given to orders that total over 300 lei, without shipping costs or other taxes. Valid 04.05.-31.08.2023 or until the gift product stock runs out, maximum 55 orders.

The promotion cannot be combined with other offers / packages / campaigns available in the online store.

We reserve the right to extend this campaign , with the appropriate update of the initial list of products ( removal of out-of- stock products and addition of new products ), at least one day prior to the end of the initial term or subsequent extension terms , by displaying the extension decision within   the Regulations on the site.

The promotion cannot be combined with other offers / packages available .

All products in all promotional campaigns organized by BioVeg are subject to available stock. Also, BVG ECOMMERCE, which operates under the BioVeg brand on the territory of Romania, reserves the right to modify, change and withdraw any product from sale and respectively change the sale price without prior notification to the buyer. 
All users of the website www.bioveg.ro agree to these terms and conditions when accessing the web platform. Also, BioVeg represented by BVG ECOMMERCE does not assume responsibility for any technical or human errors in the stocks and prices displayed on the website and reserves the right not to deliver the ordered products at the prices displayed if they are no longer in stock. 

Delivery estimates are based on the intervals communicated by the collaborating courier companies, but BioVeg cannot guarantee a delivery term or interval. BioVeg will always try to notify the customer when there is a possibility of a delivery delay, either through a message in the website header, or by contacting them by phone or email.

SECTION 5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The campaigns mentioned in this Regulation do not automatically involve the processing of personal data . On a case- by- case basis , depending on each campaign carried out , BVG E- COMMERCE and its affiliates may process personal data . Details regarding such processing will be found in each campaign as well as in the privacy policy . To the extent that BVG E- COMMERCE and its affiliates will process personal data belonging to campaign participants , the data subject will be duly informed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation .

 

By these Regulations , BVG E-COMMERCESRL undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data , namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data , and repealing Directive 95/ 46 /EC ("GDPR"), applicable from 25 May 2018. By participating in the campaigns provided for in these Regulations and communicating personal data , participants understand that their personal data will be processed by BVG E - COMMERCE and its affiliates , in order to carry out the campaigns mentioned in these Regulations .

 

BVG E- COMMERCE and its affiliates guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data of all participants . At the express request of the data subject , BVG E - COMMERCE ensures the right of access , the right of information , the right of intervention on the data and the right of opposition , in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data . To exercise these rights , participants will send a written , dated and signed request to the email address BVG E-COMMERCE contact@bioveg.ro .

 

In situations where the consent of the data subjects constitutes the legal basis for the processing of personal data , the data subjects have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If participants withdraw their consent for the processing of Personal Data for promotional and advertising purposes , BVG E - COMMERCE shall cease such processing without affecting other personal data processing operations carried out on other legal grounds .

 

Duration of retention of personal data : Personal data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected , in compliance with internal procedures regarding data retention , including applicable archiving rules .
