Mod de utilizare a amidonului de cartof bio Spielberger: se amesteca amidonul de cartof în lichid rece si apoi se amesteca în lichidul care fierbe. Se fierbe scurt.
- pentru a îngrosa sosurile si supele sunt necesare aproximativ 4 linguri nivele 40g de amidon pe litru de lichid.
- pentru gelatina sunt necesare aproximativ 90g de amidon per litru de lichid
- aproximativ 60g pentru creme.
